Our Companions Domestic Animal Sanctuary, a Connecticut rescue organization, is working hard to create homes for the state's most abused, most neglected, and neediest pets. Today, they offer dog training classes, one-to-one pet consultations, community education, and many other services to deal with and prevent pet abandonment, and a 43-acre sanctuary is on the drawing board.
